About Lighthouse Christian Church
Loving Family Atmosphere
At Lighthouse we believe the aim of God in history is the creation of an all-inclusive community of loving persons with God Himself at a very center of this community as its prime Sustainer and its most glorious Inhabitant. (Eph2:19-22)
We believe salvation affects the whole man - spirit, soul and body. We seek to release to every soul a strong, secure sense of being unconditionally loved by God. We seek to learn what is God's character, who are we in Him, how follow Him as we live in His Kingdom, and to live our life as He would live it if He were we.
Celebration Service
We gather weekly every Sunday morning at 10:00 am to worship and glorify God in song, testimony, a life-giving message and fellowship. We call this time 'celebration'.

Our Vision is, that as we are led by the Holy Spirit, we:

Our Mission is:
• Building Families
• Transforming Communities
• Releasing the Kingdom of God
Building on a Firm Foundation
Lighthouse is a Bible-believing fellowship of Jesus Christ. We are centered on these four foundational truths:
- "The Lord is good and His mercy endures forever." Acts 2.21
God is good all the time. He is always in a good mood. He unconditionally delights in you. God is love. God, our Father is the most loving father ever. He is totally trustworthy. He has our best interest at heart. He sings over us. He is our banner. He works all things together for our good as we love Him. He's not mad at us. He is the same forever. - "It shall come to pass that all whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Ps 22.3
God is near. He loves you and wants you to know Him. Salvation is a total package. He wants to save you completely: spirit, soul, and body. Jesus' death on the cross has cleared the way. Sin, sickness and disease were nailed to it for you. He gives peace and takes away all torment. He died to free you. He died for everyone in the world. If you were the only person on the earth, He would still have died for you. Call on Jesus. Forsake sin. Believe in Him. He will give you a new life - eternal and abundant. Follow Him. Tell what He's done for you. - "As He is so are we in this world." 1 John 4.17
Jesus calls us brothers. Royalty. Priests and kings on this earth. Not slaves but family, sons of God. We live in Father's embrace. We have a heavenly inheritance. We share all the riches of the Kingdom. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is alive and living in us today.
Heaven is not just a future hope but a reality we can live in. We are called to release heaven's Kingdom in the earth every day. - "The Kingdom of God is not meat or drink, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit." Romans 14.17
Not seen or touched, God's Kingdom is not of this world. We see the Kingdom by the Holy Spirit's work in and around us. We live our lives in His righteousness, peace and joy. The Kingdom will always increase and will never end. His Kingdom is within us. It is our home. Kingdom living will provoke the world to jealousy.
Why are we called Lighthouse?
Lighthouse is a safe place, a refuge for the weary, a place of healing and strengthening for the weak and infirm, where young and old are welcome, and where the healthy are nourished and equipped.
Often the first landfall visible from the sea, the lighthouse is a welcome beacon announcing safe harbor and guiding the way through the rocks. Its light cautions mariners to steer from danger. The lighthouse is a point of reference day or night by which sailors may determine their position.
On a promontory, the lighthouse is meant to be visible.
Constructed on a solid foundation, it is fixed, immovable, able to withstand storms – and still function as designed to operate. The tower houses and emits a light energy whose source is not its own. It is an assembly of stones, steel, and glass prisms such that a small candle may be focused and amplified making it visible for miles.
Why am I Here?
The search for purpose in life has puzzled people for thousands of years, usually because we are looking in the wrong places. While society and self-help books disagree, you won't discover purpose by looking within yourself. Only God, the creator of life can reveal your purpose here on earth.
"Everything, absolutely everything, above and below, visible and invisible, ... everything got started in Him and finds its purpose in Him" (Colossians 1:16, The Message)
To know God's purpose for your life means you need to know God. God desires to have a relationship with you and show you your purposes in life; but sin has separated man from God. In order to restore man's relationship with God, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for you and pay the penalty for your sin. Because the penalty for sin has been paid, you now can have a relationship directly with God but... He requires an individual response from you to receive it.
To accept Jesus into your heart, and to learn to live in his Kingdom, you have to acknowledge that:
- We are sinful.
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." Romans 3:32 - Be willing to repent and turn away from sin.
"For the wages of sin is death." Romans 6:23 - Believe that Jesus died for you on the cross.
"But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 - You must receive Him
"Yet to all who receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God." John 1:12
Receiving Christ into your heart is a simple as asking Him to come into your life. You could pray a simple prayer like this:
God I know that I am a sinner and need your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ died for my sins. I want to turn from my sins. I invite you, Jesus, to come into my heart and life. Be my personal Savior and Lord of my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.
When you receive Christ into your heart you become a child of our Father, God. His Spirit is now in you. You can talk to Him in prayer any time about anything. Grow as you live your life in relationship with Father God through Jesus Christ. His Kingdom is come within you. He wants to show you how to live your whole life as He would live it, if He were you.
